1. Guarantee does not cover any
damage due to misuse, neglect, or alteration.
2. Transit damage does not cover the Guarantee.
3. Pump is guaranteed free from defects in materials for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase.
4. Guarantee does not cover any labor or shipping charges for removal and reinstallation.
5. Guarantee is not transferable.
6. Any parts removed from pumps are not covered under the guarantee.
7. Once the coil burns,pumps will not cover under guarantee.
8. Only manufacturing defects are to be replaced within 1 year from purchase.after 1 year we will rework/repair pumps only for warranty claims.
9. Any product that has been subject to misuse, misapplication, neglect, alteration, accident, abuse, tampering, acts of God (including lightning), acts of terrorism,
acts of war, fire, improper storage or installation, improper use, improper maintenance or repair, damage or casualty, or to an excess of the recommended maximums
as set forth in the product instructions.
Guarantee Claims.
1. Return to your local dealer along with proof of purchase with a warranty card and explain the complaint is a must.
2. Without a warranty card, the guarantee will not cover.
3. Guarantee will not renew or extend the period.
4. Defects to be verified by us covered by the guarantee
shall be corrected either by means of repair of the faulty spares free
of charge or by replacement with spares in perfect working order.
