WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

What is covered under the S PRO PUMPS warranty?

• The pump is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

• The warranty is valid for 1 year from the original date of purchase.

• Verified manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge or defective parts will be replaced with genuine S PRO PUMPS parts.

• After the first year, repair services may still be available, but free replacement under warranty is no longer applicable.

What is NOT covered under warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse or abuse

• Neglect

• Unauthorized modifications

• Improper installation

• Improper maintenance

• Accidental damage

• Fire

• Lightning

• Natural disasters

• Terrorism

• War

• Improper storage

• Use beyond recommended operating conditions

• Burnt motor coils

• Removed or missing parts

Is labour, transportation or installation covered?

No.

The warranty does not include:

• Labour charges

• Transportation charges

• Shipping charges

• Removal of the pump

• Reinstallation charges

These expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I claim my warranty?

To claim warranty:

• Visit your nearest authorized S PRO PUMPS dealer.

• Carry the original purchase invoice.

• Carry the warranty card.

• Clearly explain the product issue.

Our technical team will inspect the product before approving the warranty claim.

When can a warranty claim be rejected?

Warranty claims may be rejected if:

• Warranty card is missing

• Proof of purchase is unavailable

• Product has been tampered with

• Pump has been altered

• Coil is burnt

• Damage is due to misuse or improper installation

• Transit damage is reported

• Warranty period has expired

Important warranty conditions

• Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

• Warranty cannot be transferred.

• Warranty period will not be renewed or extended after repair or replacement.

• Transit damage is not covered.

• Only verified manufacturing defects are eligible for warranty service.
